INGREDIENTS:-

Mushroom- 200 gms(Wash and cut into two pieces)

Paneer – 200 gms(Cut into square)

Cream – 1 tbsp

Onion – 2 medium size (chopped)

Garlic paste – 1 tsp

ginger paste – 1 tsp

Tomato- 2 medium size( Chopped)

Haldi Powder- 1 tsp

Dhania – 1 tsp

Chilly Powder- 1 tsp

Salt – according to taste

Garam Masala – 1 tsp

Hara Dhania – for garnishing.

 

METHOD OF PREPARATION:-

Heat Oil in a pan and fry the onion till being golden brown then add Haldi, Dhania and chilly powder, mix the tomato, ginger, garlic paste and salt. Cook fry the whole masala till being golden brown. Mix 2 tbsp cream then add Mushroom and paneer and fry . Now add some water and cook for a minute.Now garnish with  the remaining cream  and hara dhania.

Ingredients:-

Potatoes  (small)     _ 500 gms(Cut into two pieces)

Onion(chopped) – 2 medium size

Oil for frying 

Haldi  - 1 tsp

Dhania Powder – 1tsp

Chilli Powder-  1tsp

Methi dana -1/2 tsp

Salt according to taste

Rice flour – 2 tsp

Hara Dhania- for garnishing 

METHOD :-

  • Wash Potatoes  with water
  • Prick Haldi. Dhania, Mirch, Namak and pour 1/4 cup of water and boil it.
  • Heat Oil in a pan and add Methi Dana and chopped onion and cook till being  golden brown 
  • Add boiled potatoes and fry  then add rice flour  and fry for 5 minutes.
  • Garnish with Hara Dhania and  now ready to serve.

The Indian Institutes of Technology Joint Entrance Examination (abbreviated IIT-JEE or simply JEE) is an annual college entrance examination in India. It is used as the sole admission criterion by the sixteen Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs). The examination is organised each year by one of the various IITs, using a round robin rotation pattern. It has a very low admission rate (about 1 in 50 in 2011) and is considered the toughest exam in India after the UPSC’s Engineering Services Examination which determines entry into the elite Indian Engineering new_year_wallpaper_2013Services.

From 2013, IITJEE will be clubbed with AIEEE an Engineering Entrance Examination for NITs. Further more IITJEE will be held in two phases, Phase 1 will be called as JEE Main and the second stage of the test will be JEE Advanced[1]. Apart from the NITs, IIITs & IITs, the Indian Institute of Space and Technology has also announced that it will select students based on JEE Main[2].
